Chef de Partie – Pastry and Arts

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie specializing in Pastry and Arts to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production of premium ice cream and frozen desserts, ensuring exceptional quality, consistency, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the ice cream production process from start to finish.
• Ensure recipes and production techniques are followed accurately.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and organization in the kitchen.
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff as needed.
• Collaborate with the team to meet production schedules and quality standards.
• Monitor and manage stock levels of ingredients and supplies, ensuring proper storage and inventory control.
• Assist in the creation and development of new ice cream flavors and dessert offerings.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Pastry Arts, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Chef de Parties or similar role, with a strong focus on pastry or frozen dessert production.
• Expertise in ice cream production techniques and high-level pastry skills.
• Ability to lead and work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality standards.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
