Oversee, maintaining, and provide overall IT support in company infrastructure and systems consists of servers, computers networking devices, laptop, etc.
Manage and troubleshoot PC, Servers, network devices and system.
Assist in administration for IT request, i.e, Email, user access to application, etc.
To ensure all IT procedures in place and comply with company standard and IT policy.
Onsite to outlet for troubleshooting system, network or hardware issue if necessary.
Propose for any system or infrastructure upgrade to sit current technology and company requirement.
To provide first level system support for POS and backend application to end user.
To escalate user issues to external vendors if issues cannot be solved in first level.
To monitor the progress of user issues with external vendor.
Retrieve data from SQL to MS Excel based on end user requirements.
Investigating, diagnosing, and resolving faults and errors in applications.
Able to assist in any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the HOD or management.
