- Team Leadership: Inspire, train, and manage kitchen staff to uphold discipline, hygiene, and efficiency.
- Menu Excellence: Innovate and refine menus, ensuring cost control and minimal wastage.
- Hygiene & Standards: Enforce strict cleanliness, safety, and SOP compliance daily.
- Operational Excellence: Conduct regular reviews, reduce wastage, and maintain equipment.
Requirements:
- Proven leadership in high-pressure kitchens.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.

- Exceptional attention to detail in food quality and hygiene.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
