Job Description :
- Reporting to Landscape Project Manager.
- To undertake the tendering process flow from interpretation of data collection with client, SO, consultant, main contractor and sub-contractor including review and submission of tender documentation.
- Responsible in paperwork and record keeping before, during and after project awarded included contract documentation, MIP (master implementation plan), mitigation plan, project organisation chart, sample & material submission, MOS (method statement), nursery visit report, identify – or + VO (variation order), undertake the RFI (request of information), site memo, NCR (non-conformance report) and assist in RFWI (request for inspection).
- To attend site meeting, identify and highlight the issue or discrepancies in contract, construction drawing or site matter to consultant/main contractor with solution in professional ways.
- Responsible in monitoring the MIP (master implementation plan) to ensure project ahead and within budget (physical vs financial).
- To cooperate with quantity surveyor in progress claim purpose included site measurement, data collection, submission of claim, as-built drawing, maintenance and others document such as delivery order, architect instruction or related with claiming purpose.
- Responsible to prepare shop drawing, as-built drawing, G21 form submission, maintenance report, CPC (Certificate of Practical Completion), DLP (Defect Liability Period), CMGD (Certificate of Making Good Defects) and CCC (Certificate Completion and Compliance) documentation.
- To follow-up the progress claim with related parties from time-to-time included payment certification status.
- To undertake any other duties, assign by Landscape Project Manager.
