Job Purpose:


The Malaysia and Singapore CFO is a critical finance role responsible for overseeing the financial operations and driving the financial growth models of Malaysia and Singapore. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape the growth agenda of the company, work closely with senior management, and contribute to business growth in diverse markets. Responsibilities:

  • Financial Strategy: Develop and implement financial growth models and drive the performance of Malaysia and Singapore.

  • Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation and presentation of accurate financial reports and statements.

  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks to protect the company’s assets and profitability.

  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies.

  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop the finance team, providing guidance and support to achieve financial goals.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with senior management and other stakeholders to drive financial performance and strategic initiatives.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  • Experience: Extensive experience in financial management.

  • Certifications: CPA, CMA, or other relevant certifications are often preferred.

  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with financial systems and technology, including SAP Excel and other office tools.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS), ability to analyze complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
