Join Our New Johor Team!

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our new team in Johor Bahru.

Your key responsibilities include:

Financial Accounting:

  • Credit control and payment follow-up
  • Cash book maintenance and bank reconciliations
  • Manage accounts receivable and payable, including invoicing and reconciliations
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports
  • Assist with budget preparation and variance analysis
  • And other accounting and bookkeeping tasks

Administration:

  • Office administration support, including office supplies and maintenance
  • Coordinate staff travel and accommodation arrangements
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
  • Assist with HR-related tasks (e.g., payroll support)
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders (clients, suppliers, vendors)

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: From RM2,200.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Accounting & Bookkeeping: 1 year (Preferred)
