Job Description:
Human Resources Operations Policies and Procedures
- Assists in the implementation of all HR policies and Procedures.
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Assist in sourcing, screening and shortlisting candidates for various positions.
- Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media and professional networks, to identify potential candidates. Proactively build and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
- Review resumes and application, conduct initial phone screenings and assess candidates' suitability for specific roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure alignment on candidate qualifications.
- Conduct interview, assess candidates' skills and cultural fit, and provide insightful feedback to hiring managers.
- Assist in the selection process by presenting well-qualified candidates for further consideration.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in our applicant tracking system.
- Support the development and implementation of employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
- Work closely with hiring managers and team members to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment on recruitment strategies.
Administration
- Monitor employee attendnace and leave records, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure the HR department's efficient operations.
- Assist in organizing HR-related meetings, training and events.
- Ensure the office environment is clean, orderly and well maintained.
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers for office-related needs.
- Assist in obtaining quotes and processing invoices.
Others
- Ensures the continuing protection of the Company's assets, both tangible (such as products, processes and services) and non-tangible (such as trademarks, etc)
- Undertake ad-hoc Human Resources projects/assignments and to perform any other duties as and when requested by Head of Human Resources & Administration from time to time.
Job Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Human Resource Management, or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of working experience in HR related field
- Knowledge of HR operations, Malaysian Labour Laws and other relevant legislations.
- Computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
