PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESAssist with the development of strategy for identified customers to clearly demonstrate opportunities for both YCH and the customer.
  • Establish and manage relationships with identified customers contacts at appropriate levels in association with Country sales.
  • Working together with the commercial and sale team as part of the contract terms regarding SLA agreements as well as operations.
  • For new contracts working with sales / commercial to understand all customers SLA for KPIs and operation performance that are required by the operations team.
  • Hold regular reviews with customer to discuss initiatives and improvement plan as well as customer sharing future opportunity with YCH.
  • Work with customer on any change management request till closure.
  • Record all initiative and improvement tracking list and manage till closure.
  • Work with Operations team to identify initiatives which could drive improvements and lower costs.
  • Working with the implementation team during handover process with a complete understanding of the operations roles and responsibility and alignment.
  • Coordinate with the function key stakeholders in preparing information such as data collecting analysis and presentation materials, manual, forms, etc.
  • To extend Global support on programs implementation. Providing regional support to extend proper operation practices among different countries.
  • To manage and maintain updated records on accounts assigned.
  • Work with operation team to gather the data that can be utilize for monthly KPIs, QOR or any other statistical reports required.
  • Work with country PM/Operation to make sure processes are standardized across all regions.
  • Work with cross functional team, including but not limited to Operation, IT, Finance, Sales to address all initiatives and prioritized accordingly.
  • As project gets establish, work with cross functional team member to make sure project are completed on time.
  • Requesting feedback from customer on specify categories with respect to YCH services such as customer service, promptness, customer satisfaction etc.
  • Perform other job related duties as and when requested by superior.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree with 8 years of experience (preferably related experience)
  • Computer literate
  • Able to communicate in English
  • To attend all trainings and presentations on health and safety matters as well as accident preventions
