  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:

  • Responsible in building a strong clientele base comprising business in the Klang Valley Region or any other areas determined by the Company. (Areas covered can be expanded from time to tie for "Sales Blitz" purpose).
  • To ensure that the planned call frequency daily and weekly schedules are made.
  • Responsible in selling the hotel's accommodation room, F&B and banquet facilities & services in order to achieve revenue against budget.
  • Responsible in submitting prompt and accurate weekly sales calls report, confirmed sales & forecasted report and all required by the Management.
  • To closely monitor and confirm al business with deposits and full payment as stipulated in the contract before the function date.
  • To ensure that the clients are provided with prompt service and feedback during the process of, before and after sales confirmation.
  • To maintain good relationship with customers at all times and to uphold the good name and image of the hotel.
  • To update the Director of Sales on the above segments development in their business requirements / needs during daily briefings.
  • To work closely with the Sales Team from sister hotels to ensure that all sales and marketing objectives are met.
  • To ensure that all sales policies for rooms and "food & beverage" sales are adhered to at all times.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years experiences in sales within a 4 Star hotel.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Posses Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or its equivalent.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to close sales dealings.
  • Experience in customer relation management.
  • Polished personal presentation with warm and hospitable personality.
  • Must have own transportation.
  • Understanding Hotel Operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
