Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the closing, forecasting, and budgeting processes, ensuring timely submissions from plants and seamless management review.
  • Consolidate and analyze financial reporting packages from plants, including P&L, balance sheets, and free cash flow reports.
  • Monitor and drive performance outcomes across cross-functional teams.
  • Prepare market analysis reports for senior management.
  • Provide support to accounting functions across the region as needed.
  • Serve as a business partner, offering financial guidance and support for informed decision-making.
  • Provide user support for finance systems.
  • Track global intercompany matching and ensure data reconciliation across various systems.
  • Conduct system training sessions for colleagues.
  • Develop long-range planning models to forecast volume and sales trends for current and potential programs.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in finance or a related field.
  • Professional certification required (e.g., ACCA, CGA, CMA, CPA).
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in multinational corporations, preferably in the manufacturing sector (experience in the automotive industry or Big 4 is an advantage).
  • Proficiency in both Mandarin and English, both written and spoken.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
