Job Responsibilities:


  • Develop, maintain, and optimize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), ensuring accurate and reliable data for maintenance planning and execution.
  • Review and interpret engineering drawings such as GA, P&ID, SLD, PFD, and related documents (equipment dossiers, SPIR list, valve parts, OEM, OMM) for CMMS input.
  • Manage and update maintenance data in SAP Plant Maintenance and Material Management Modules, ensuring data integrity and alignment with operational needs.
  • Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to ensure all asset and equipment data is accurately reflected in the CMMS.
  • Analyze equipment maintenance records to optimize maintenance strategies and improve equipment reliability.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to track maintenance performance, equipment reliability, and spare parts management.
  • Support the development of preventive maintenance schedules and ensure timely execution of maintenance activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures for maintenance documentation and data management.


Job Qualifications and Requirements:


  • Degree
    in any engineering or science field from a recognized University/Institution or equivalent.
  • Minimum of five (5) years relevant experience in the Oil and Gas industry with three (3) years in a similar position for the related scopes.
  • Knowledge of engineering drawings such as GA, P&ID, SLD, PFD, and other related documents (equipment dossiers, SPIR list, valve parts, OEM, OMM, etc.).
  • Proficiency in SAP Plant Maintenance and Material Management Modules.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to manage and interpret complex maintenance data.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
