· Assist FM Manager / Assistant Manager to manage day to day FM operations of accounts
· Plan the shift schedule for the FM teams and ensure the fulfilment of scheduled commitments for FM teams
· Ensure good planning and execution of service schedules
· Support staff training on proper work processes, operating procedures, and equipment servicing, while managing the technical competencies of FM engineers
· Manage Staff deployment and attendance administration
· Ensure the safe & conducive work environment
· Manage customer expectations and deliverables while building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
· Ensure timely submission of documents from vendors both before and after the commencement of work, including the review of Method of Statement (MOS) and Risk Assessment (RA).
· Supervise onsite vendors to ensure timely and high-quality work
· Propose solutions to clients for any issues encountered onsite
· 24x7 availability as escalation point for operation facility issues and providing support to FM site teams during emergency situations
· Ensure proper escalation is carried out during emergency
· Ensure that service level agreements (SLA) and key performance indicators (KPI) are consistently met
· Promote continuous improvements in areas such as M&E infrastructure, green initiatives, and operational processes
· Responsible for the submission of FM quotations and obtaining vendor quotes
· Ensure proper toolbox meeting and daily operations meetings are conducted
· Regularly support the updating of Asset Management, Risk Management, Incident Management, Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly Reports
· Review and support the onsite team in generating the Lifecycle Replacement Program, identifying opportunities to achieve sales revenue targets
· Prepare and review the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Method of Procedures (MOP) and Emergency Operating Procedures (EOP) on site
· Assist in ensuring that all necessary audit documentation is properly prepared and in place
· Any other duties assigned by FM Manager / Assistant Manager
Requirements
· Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Building Service / Building Management or Equivalent
· Minimum 4 years of working experience in Data Center or Critical Infrastructure / Critical Facilities like refinery, oil and gas, electrical power plant,
· Have knowledge on how to operate BMS / DCIM / CMMS / system
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel , Words , PowerPoint
· Registered Fire Safety Manager / Officer will be added advantage
· Certified Work at Height & Hazmat is a plus
· Need to be on Standby duty during non-working days.
· Able to work as a team and opened to learning new skills
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
