Role Purpose

Responsible to maximize profits through developing marketing strategies that matches customer requirements and promoting products and services.

Main Responsibilities

Business Acumen

  • Organize creative campaigns and promotional events for company’s brand.

People

  • To liaise and build public relations with the media to deliver and achieve maximum exposure for all marketing activities.
  • To assist with production of marketing materials and literature.
  • To communicate all marketing plan and events to others department (Merchandise, Operations, Finance, IT).

Process

  • To develop, manage and coordinate all marketing activities including events, roadshows, product launches, advertising, branding, sales promotion and all marketing related activities.
  • To monitor and analyse market research, market conditions and competitor information to identify and propose marketing strategies.
  • To develop and manage offline and online communication strategies including media buy.
  • To craft social media content in line with the brand identity/brand DNA.
  • Participation in all company events and campaign.
  • To update and maintain marketing department documentation and databases.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • To adhere and enforce all Company’s policies and procedures.
  • Undertake/participate in any ad hoc projects or other relevant duties as assigned from time to time.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in related field preferably in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
  • At least 1-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Skills required: Communication Skills, Planning & Organization and Analytical Skills.
  • Able to work independently, a team player, responsible and high integrity.
  • Candidate must possess own transport with valid driving license.
  • Computer literate in MS Office.
  • Able to work extra hours, during PH or odd hours as when needed. Able to travel frequently.
