Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome and hotel guests. & offer luggage assistance.
- Assist and ensure all arriving and departing guests luggage is promptly attended to. In cases where the guests leave their luggage, ensure they are tagged and taken care of accordingly.
- Supply guests with directions.
- Communicate parking procedures to guests/visitors.
- Deliver all guests correspondence to the rooms as well as correspondence to all other department.
- Assist in monitoring the smooth flow of vehicle traffic at the Hotel entrance to avoid congestion.
- Open doors and assist guests/visitors entering and leaving property. Inform guests of property amenities, services, and hours of operation, and local areas of interest and activities.
- Identify and explain room features to guests (e.g., use of room key, mini-bar, ice and vending areas, in-room safe, valet laundry services).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
