POULTRY FARM SUPERVISOR

Job Description

• Supervise the day-to-day operations in the poultry farm
• Manage and train farm workers to ensure efficient and effective performance
• Monitor and maintain the health and welfare of the poultry
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards
• Implement farm protocols and procedures
• Monitor and maintain the farm's equipment and machinery
• Maintain accurate records and reports on farm operations
• Supervising vaccination programs: Ensuring that all products are vaccinated and protected from disease
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the superior

Requirements

• Must possess at least Diploma, STPM or Poultry / Agriculture Certificate related
• Team management skills with ability to manage team of farm workers including assigning works and overseeing their works.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to communicate with farm workers.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision with good work ethics
• Flexibility and willingness to work long hours, including weekend and holidays, as required.
• Basic written and spoken English. Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage
• Work location is based in Sabah West Coast; Must willing to travel outstation if required; Accommodation / quarters provided
