- Work in a team to achieve the required KPI and SLA elements.
The Customer Service interfaces with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet depending upon client requirements. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client's product or services.Requirements
- Able to converse fluently using Cantonese, Mandarin and English
- Must be able to read and write traditional & simplified Chinese words, and English
- Education: SPM, UEC, O-level or; and above
- Working Hours: Rotational Shift - 5 days working
