Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage stock receipt for Goods return and exchange request from outlet.
  • Responsible for handling of documentations, data entry & provide administrative support to department/superior and QC process
  • Maintain proper filling of all documents for record keeping
  • To undertake other ad hoc administrative work as assigned by the management from time to time
  • Manage data entry of stock receipt, issuing, goods exchange/return, print barcode and supplier invoice matching entry

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM or Diploma level
  • At least 1-3 years of hands on work experience in warehousing and logistic
  • Good written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Experience user for Microsoft Office application (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong team player with high degree of commitment, integrity, professionalism, result oriented, well organized and able to handle multiple tasks in systematic manner

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
