We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive with a focus on medical equipment. The ideal candidate will serve as a product specialist, responsible for managing and promoting a range of medical equipment, identifying and pursuing project opportunities through tenders, agents, and other channels. The role demands a deep understanding of the medical equipment landscape and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
-Product Specialist: Develop in-depth knowledge of the company's portfolio of medical equipment and stay updated on product innovations, specifications, and industry trends plus verifying equipment tender specifications prepared by sales team.
-Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities for medical equipment, including tenders, government projects, and other procurement channels.
-Agent Management: Build and maintain relationships with agents, distributors, and partners to ensure effective sales and service delivery.
-Client Relationship Management: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with hospitals, healthcare providers, government bodies, and other stakeholders.
-Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities, understand customer needs, and stay ahead of competitors.
-Sales & Revenue Growth: Achieve business targets and drive revenue growth by expanding the company's footprint in the medical equipment sector.
-Training & Support: Provide technical training and support to clients and agents on product usage, benefits, and maintenance.
-Reporting: Prepare regular reports on business development activities, market insights, and performance against targets.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
