- To perform Order Management which including order processing, system maintenance, forecast, re-schedule, cancellation, delivery confirmation & etc.
- To do Shipment Management. e.g. Co-ordinate with factories & Logistics to arrange shipment as committed. Provide shipment documents timely.
- To do Inventory Management e.g. Inventory planning, secure supply, keep healthy level of stock.
- Prepare Quotation as per customer request.
- To prepare Samples submission timely as per requested by customers.
- Follow up closely on payment/account receivable to avoid overdue from customers.
- Provide basic product's quality support (general or basic quality requirement from customer)
- Coordinate & communicate with customers & internal team
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Engineering/ Business Administration or any related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- 1-2 years experience in Manufacturing or Trading as sales support is added advantage.
- Computer literature & good communication skill.
- Able to communicate in English & Mandarin. "Seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin speaking customers”.
- On job training is provided
- Transport allowance provided.
- 5 working days / week
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
