Job Responsibilities
· Oversee daily operations of the food court area, ensuring smooth functioning of all food outlets, cleanliness and adherence to health and safety standards.
· Assist Operations Manager in preparing budget proposals and managing budgets. Track expenditures while ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
· Collaborate with Marketing team to promote Food Court.
· Work closely with tenants, vendors and outsourced service providers to align operational activities with company goals/objectives.
· Monitor the activities of contract cleaners to maintain cleanliness and ensure departmental key performance indicators (KPIs) are achieved.
· Address and resolve tenant and customer complaints tactfully and efficiently as advised by the Operations Manager.
- Manage administrative tasks such as stock reception, and monitoring cleaning tools and chemical usage.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Previous experience in operation management, particularly in a shopping mall or related environment will be an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to handle tenants and customer inquiries and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Proficient in computer usage for administrative tasks and inventory management.
- Willingness to work irregular hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings when necessary.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
