Job Description

  • Attend to incoming phone calls and emails.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
  • To assist superior in providing high level customer service experience.
  • Follow-up on job progress and update customers accordingly.
  • Effectively clarify and solve customers’ complaints.
  • Maintain and update customers’ information and interactions in the system accordingly.
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers.

Requirement

  • Currently pursuing Diploma / Degree in Customer Service / Business Administration / Marketing or equivalent.
  • Willing to learn phone handling skills and active listening.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Internship duration: 6 months (December 2024 - June 2025)
