We are searching for a motivated Recruiting Intern to join our company and assist our HR team in providing administrative support during the entire recruitment process. This will include posting job ads online, screening candidates for interviews, scheduling interviews with candidates, conducting background checks, and following up with selected candidates under the supervision of hiring managers.

Responsibilities

  • Update our applicant tracking system with candidate information for every new job opening
  • Post job ads on social media platforms, website, and online job portals
  • Assist the recruitment team in screening resumes and portfolios
  • Schedule and confirm interviews with shortlisted applicants
  • Answer candidate’s questions and concerns regarding the company structure, working conditions, and details regarding the role they are applying for
  • Conduct background and reference checks for selected candidates
  • Learn basic interviewing techniques from senior recruiters and line managers

Requirements

  • Graduates or near-graduates in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field
  • Fluency in Mandarin is preferred
  • Working knowledge of HRIS and ATS
  • Basic knowledge of labor and employment laws
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and exceptional interpersonal skills

Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM1,000.00 - RM1,300.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
