Expectations :

  • Coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items. Handle travel arrangements and itineraries.
  • Develop and maintain corporate branding and visual identity guidelines for marketing and communications materials and activities.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of brand initiatives and campaigns. Track project timelines and deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and updates.
  • Draft and proofread internal and external communications. Maintain relationships with stakeholders, including vendors and partners. Monitor brand-related social media channels and assist with content creation.
  • Conduct market research to support brand strategies and initiatives. Analyse data and prepare reports to present findings to the brand team. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Assist in budget tracking and invoice processing. Support the manager with ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.
  • Review and analyse sales performance which covering data review as well as customer and sales team feedback.
