Technician

· To understand and follow the Company’s policies and procedures.

· Responsible for the operation, maintenance and security for all Company’s tools and equipment.

· Responsible for site office rules and regulations, including self-discipline for the housekeeping of working areas and maintenance areas.

· Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.

· Must be willing to work in a multi-skilled team environment.

· Must be flexible to be transferred from one team to another in order to accomplish all daily operation and maintenance tasks.

· Carry out routine daily, weekly, monthly and various inspection, monitoring of system performance and checking, analysing, investigate and reporting of all faulty or breakdown of the ACMV System to the respective superior.

· To familiar with the ACMV System in the assigned building.

· To perform servicing, repair and other maintenance works carried out with desired standard and quality.

· To record service standard, performance standard or service indicator based on the information of ACMV breakdown to the respective Superior.

· To carry out first-line and subsequent operations and maintenance for any new modification to the ACMV system.

· To carry out housekeeping, cleaning and maintaining upon repair and replacement of defective components.

· To carry out cleaning and up-keep of all ACMV equipment as and when required.

· To maintain team/individual service documentation via Service Chit and other method of documentation i.e. photos, computer etc.

· To perform all ACMV equipment repairs, maintain tools, parts, equipment and supplies in clean and safe condition.

· Perform daily inspection, record readings and condition in the equipment log book.

· Attending daily morning briefing with Propel Engineering team.

· To perform predictive maintenance activity and date collection such as indoor air quality measurement, infrared thermos graphic control panel, pump shaft lased alignment, water balancing and water treatment and etc.

· Responsibility to attend any complaint made by client and to close the compliant

· To standby on site for any system testing i.e. fire fan testing for fire certificate renewal, on load generator set testing etc. according to client instruction.

· Assists new team mate with providing one-on-one training to maintenance team that may need to polish current skills or wish to learn new skills.

· To use or wear suitable Personal Protection Equipment when on site.

· Respond to the identification and correction of hazardous community conditions.

· Repair hazards and/or assign completion of these tasks to the maintenance team with management approval.

· Attend or participate training program conducted by Company or Client as and when required.

· Assist with ordering supplies with approval from the Management.

· Works with superior to determine supplies and equipment needs. Must get approval from the Management prior to placing orders for major expenditures and unbudgeted items.

· Share on-call responsibilities with the maintenance team; responds to client service request within 24 hours.

· All others as directed and instructed by the Management from time to time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
