Web Marketer
We are seeking a technically skilled and detail-oriented Web Marketer to ensure seamless website operations and provide technical support for digital marketing platforms. This role focuses on maintaining and enhancing the technical performance of websites, managing digital tools, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to support marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Website Management
o Perform system upgrades, debugging, and regular maintenance to ensure website functionality and security.
o Collaborate with the marketing team to update and upload website content, ensuring all changes align with business objectives.
o Liaise with internal teams, contractors, and hosting providers to address website-related technical issues and requirements.
o Register and maintain domain names, ensuring proper documentation and continuity.
2. E-Commerce Support
o Manage and maintain e-commerce platforms, including product listings and payment gateway systems, ensuring smooth functionality.
o Set up, operate, and maintain digital marketplaces such as Lazada to support online sales operations.
3. Digital Platform Administration
o Provide technical and administrative support for digital platforms, including Google Business, Facebook, and Instagram, ensuring platform settings and configurations align with business needs.
o Implement and manage tags and tracking for platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads, ensuring accurate setup and reliable performance monitoring in collaboration with marketing agencies or vendors.
4. Technical Collaboration
o Act as a key technical liaison between internal teams, external contractors, hosting providers, and digital marketing agencies to resolve technical challenges and support marketing campaigns.
Requirements
· Proven experience in website management, digital marketing support, or a related technical role.
· Strong knowledge of CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and e-commerce systems.
· Proficiency in digital tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
· Familiarity with digital marketplaces (e.g., Lazada) and social media platforms for technical support purposes.
· Basic understanding of coding languages (HTML/CSS) is a plus.
· Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
· Strong communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
