Responsibilities:
Parts
· Locate Parts Upon request/inquiry
· Handling inquiry from external (Cash sales, dealers’ inquiry, Salesman inquiry)
· Handling inquiry from internal (Technician’s Spare Part Requisition, SPR)
· Understanding part inquiry details, updating part guide/part list from factory.
Part Movement & Transaction
· Ensuring part stock availability at each location is well managed. Able to segregate orders and inquiry based on need and availability.
· Understanding the backorders and manage it.
· Liaising with ordering executive to ensure minimum low stocks in part availability.
· To manage stock transfer in between branches and authorised part centre.
Store Coordination
· To ensure parts are well stored based on location and part number.
· Managed the coordination of parts based on good received from factory, parts transferred from branches and parts return from customer.
· Initiate frequent stock check/stock count and identify possible parts issue.
· Involve directly for annual stock check.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
Education:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:
- Retail: 1 year (Required)
