• Basic Salary RM3000
• Achievable Monthly bonus : up to 65% of basic salary
• Achievable Membership Sales Commission: RM60 to RM132 per sales
• Achievable Personal Training Sales Commission: up to 10% from total sales value

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Working at the Club you will lead your team of Membership Consultant to provide excellent facilities and service to our members. You will be involved in sales of a club with a hands-on attitude. You will report to the Club General Manager.
• To ensure the successful management and monitoring of all member queries of membership, terms and conditions, complaints, time freeze and cancellations, and that all duties are performed to the best of their ability and according to standard company policies and procedures.
• To work within a team environment, the objective of which is to minimize attrition rate of members, maintain operating and service standards. The role requires the individual to work independently and as part of the team.
• Responsible to create a genial atmosphere towards members/ guests and co-workers of the club. Oversee all activities and operational requirements for the effective and efficient operation in assigned area of responsibility.
• Work closely with the Club GM to ensure that Membership Consultant team are fully staffed with the optimum number of Membership consultants according to specified staff quotas at any point in time.

REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent command of English
• Good writing and communication skills
• Self-motivated, flexible and adaptable to the nature of the business
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Computer literate
• Passion for fitness and health
• Able to work in fast paced environment and be flexible with working hours
• To be knowledgeable of all areas of the club i.e., timetable, sales prices

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
