Qualifications

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma.
Candidate must be able to speak, read and write English and Bahasa Malaysia. Able to converse in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
QCQA knowledge is an advantage.
Willing to work travel to outpost locations outside Selangor periodically.
Possess a valid GDL (Graduated Driving License) for driving in Malaysia.
Ability to drive a manual transmission car.

Responsibilities

Assist to arrange and monitor timing of all incoming raw material, outgoing finished goods; and monitor production process to comply with the standards.
Liaise closely with outpost team to achieve goals and KPI.
Ensure all equipment and tools are maintained in good and safe working condition.
Ensure all related documents or forms in place and fill up by the responsible operator; as well as check or verify by a superior.
Monitor and inspect start-up and end-off for every production line.
Guide and train all staff from time to time on company SOP, Food Safety, GMP, & HACCP Practices, machineries handling manual.
To identify, recommend, implement and monitor optimum operation process/method to meet product specification and targets.
Update daily production report and liaise closely with Outpost Manager

Specialist Knowledge and Skills

Possess at least 2 year working experience in production department, preferably in the food industry and manufacturing.
Knowledge of food safety requirements.
