Job description
- Prepare documentation for shipments, including delivery orders, shipping labels.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, regularly updating stock levels, and reconciling discrepancies.
- Support inventory control through regular stock checks and audits.
- Coordinate incoming shipments and outgoing orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Verify received goods for accuracy and quantity; ensure any discrepancies or damages are reported and resolved.
- Accurately enter and update information in the SAP.
- Maintain proper documentation for all transactions, including receipts, purchase orders, and shipping records.
- Generate and maintain reports on inventory, shipments, and procurement status for the supply chain team.
- Communicate with internal departments (e.g., production, finance) regarding order status, inventory levels, and delivery schedules.
Qualifications and Skills
- Education: SPM / Diploma or equivalent
- Experience: Prior experience in supply chain, inventory management, or logistics preferred.
Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience with SAP is advantageous.
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work well in a team and coordinate with multiple departments.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
