2KEEP TIDY AND ORGANISE THE SHOPLOT FROM BACK TO FRONT.
3STOCK CONTROL (ORDER,STOCKIN N PREPARE)
4PREPARE QUOTATION,WORK ORDER, PO/INV/OFFICIAL RECEIPT) BASE ON AUTOCOUNT/EXCEL DESIGNATED
5HANDLE WALK IN CUSTOMER SALES/SERVICE.(UNDERSTAND BASE OF PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE)
6FOLLOW UP PAYMENT.
7HANDLE SERVICE PRODUCT/STOCK
8CASH SALES REPORT EVERY END OF DAY.
9FILLING DOCUMENT.(INVOICE,P/O/WORK ORDER,DO,NADJ,ETC)
10MUST AGREED TO WORK LATE IF THERE IS WORK URGENT.
11UPDATE WEBSITE / UP DATE SALES TEMPLATE
12 WORKING TIME:
MONDAY-FRIDAY -08:30-18:30
WALK IN INTERVIEW ARE WELCOME
