JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, manage, and lead manufacturing team for production optimization, product safety and quality.
- Oversee production run for timely and effective product delivery.
- Monitor daily operations, report, and resolve abnormalities.
- Implement cost-saving strategies and maximize resource utilization.
- Manage and minimize production downtime and yield loss.
- Maintain food safety and quality control in production to comply with relevant requirements.
- Initiate and oversee production improvement projects.
- Develop and update standard operating procedures.
- Prepare and submit monthly production reports.
- Conduct regular meetings to facilitate smooth communication and operations.
- Responsible for continuous improvement in production output, quality, and waste reduction.
- In collaboration with various department to ensure smooth operations.
- Any other duties as deemed fit by the Management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree in Biotechnology, Food Technology/Science, Food Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Knowledge in FSSC22000, ISO22000, GMP and HACCP.
- At least 6-10 years of working experience in food manufacturing industry

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
