JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Consultation: Engage customers to understand their skincare needs, preferences,

and concerns.

2. Product Recommendation: Suggest suitable products based on skin type,

conditions, and customer budget.

3. Sales Target Achievement: Work towards meeting individual and team sales goals.

4. Upselling and Cross-Selling: Encourage customers to explore complementary

products or bundles.

5. Training: Stay updated on the company’s product range, ingredients, benefits, and

usage instructions.

6. Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations, such as applying testers or

explaining product usage.

7. Education: Explain the benefits of products and educate customers on skincare

routines.

8. Stock Management: Monitor inventory levels and restock shelves as needed.

9. Merchandising: Ensure product displays are attractive and aligned with brand

guidelines.

10. Promotions: Execute promotional activities, such as discounts, new product

launches, or campaigns.

11. Cleanliness: Ensure store in good condition, maintain the cleanliness of store.

JOB REQUIREMENT

1. Age 18-30 years old.

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Knowledge of skincare and beauty products.

4. Sales and persuasion abilities.

5. Basic tech skills for using POS systems or managing online orders.

6. Having education level at least diploma.

7. Able to work and adapt quickly without compromising the quality of work done.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,500.00 per month
