  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Telemarketing Officer - Telecom Industry

  • Office Location: Bangsar South, KL
  • Working hours: 9.00 am - 6.00pm or 9.30 am - 6.30pm
  • Working days: Monday to Friday (Saturday and Sunday off day)

Salary package:

  • Basic salary: RM 2000 – RM 2300 (Will be based on total related working experience)
  • Attendance Allowance of RM200
  • Overall salary package can be up to RM 4000 (Depending on your sales performance during each month) (Including commission, allowance, and incentive)

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Representative to contribute to generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.

An effective telesales representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.

The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.

Job Requirement:

  • To promote company products & services to prospective customers.
  • Update customers with monthly promotions and campaigns.
  • To achieve monthly target set by the Company.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing sales targets which are required by the management
  • Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
  • Answer questions about products or the company
  • Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
  • Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
  • Enter and update customer information in the database
  • Take and process orders in an accurate manner
  • Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
  • Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

Pay: From RM2,200.00 per month
