CARPENTER

Your duties may include but is not limited to performs a variety of rough and finish carpentry works. Performs skilled mil and cabinet work involving construction, finishing and repairing of buildings doors, and other building related items. You may also be required to supervise and/or inspect the works of contractors to ensure they meet the Hotel’s requirements and reporting to the Hotel for any defects and/or deviance found, as well as following up on rectifications requested by the Hotel. Performing general maintenance tasks including electrical, painting and landscaping. Update and record daily or monthly meter readings. Maintaining the inventory records for equipments and supplies. Ensures that the workplace remains safe, clean and tidy. Maintains standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times. You may also be assigned other administrative and/or operational duties from time to time by the Management.
