FARM SUPERVISOR (PAPAR) - POULTRY

Job Scope / Description: 1. Daily Farm Operations - Oversee daily activities on the farm and maintaining equipment. - Oversee and maintained the maintenance of farm facilities and infrastructures. 2. Employee Management - Supervise and coordinated the work of farm workers. - Provide training and support to all employees. - Manpower management including manage schedules, assign tasks, and monitor performance. 3. Compliances Management - To ensure safety protocols and conduct implemented in farm. - Address any safety concerns or incidents promptly. - Implement sustainable farm practices. 4. Reporting and Documentation - To ensure the all documentation is accurate and up to date. Job Requirements: 1. Diploma or Degree in Agriculture, Livestock Production, Animal Science & all related discipline 2. Possess strong leadership skills, interest in poultry farming, able to work with farming environment. 3. Advantages to candidate with an experience in poultry industry or a supervisory role in an agricultural setting. 4. Work Location: Papar.
