1. To fulfil and completed on daily work orders raised and closed to ensure corrective and preventive measure wore are carried out within stipulated time in compliance with company standard procedures. 2. To perform highly diversified duties to repair, replace and install any damage equipment facility’s. 3. Perform regular preventive maintenance in order to completed any urgent duties facility’s equipment. 4. To inspect and maintains all facility’s equipment to insure a safe and comfortable environment. 5. To perform daily monitoring of mechanical work to ensure work is safely and timely done. 6. To perform field inspection to check on progress and quality of work done. 7. To perform in troubleshooting problems of mechanical when necessary. 8. To assist monitor all installation and servicing works by the contractor if required 9. To execute maintenance work of all mechanical system/ equipment as per the established work processes to achieve high work quality. 10. Ad hoc duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.
