Warehouse Coordinator

1. Goods Receiving • Receive and verify the accuracy of the incoming goods from suppliers • Check the quality and quantity of the goods • Collaborate with procurement to resolve any discrepancies or issues with suppliers 2. Stock Count • Conduct regular stock count to ensure accurate inventory level • Update inventory records and organize warehouse space • Identify and report any stock discrepancies and assist in resolving inventory related issues 3. Inventory Management • Monitor stock level to ensure adequate supply for production • Work closely with production planner to align stock level with production schedule 4. Goods Distribution • Coordinate the distribution of goods to production based on production schedule and product request form • Ensure timely and accurate issuance of materials to support ongoing production activities 5. Record Keeping: • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of goods received, stock level and goods issued
