Tender & Bidding Prepare quotation and compile documentation for all branch / department’s projects. To determine the scope and timeline of new bids and coordinate the preparation of the bid by ensuring that other contributors able to provide information on time based on the standard answering method to client’s needs. Prepare tender list to track and update the historical information/project details. Coordinate and provide support to the project planning or contract department after the project rewarded. Contract Management Draft, review and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents. Ensure all contract are in compliance with company policies, legal requirement and industry regulations. Maintain a comprehensive database of all contracts and related documentation. Negotiation Lean contract negotiations with clients, suppliers and other stakeholders to achieve favorable terms and conditions. Resolve any contractual disputes or issues that arise during the negotiation process. Compliance & Risk Management Monitor contract compliance and ensure that all parties adhere to the agreed-upon terms and condition. Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with contracts. Collaborate with the legal team to address any legal issue related to contracts. Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contract for contract-related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders. Provide guidance and support to other departments on contractual matters. Reporting & Documentation Prepare and present regular reports on contract status, compliance and performance. Ensure that all contract documentation is accurately maintained and easily accessible.
