Site Safety Supervisor

JOB DESCRIPTION Conducting regular site inspections to monitor compliance with health, safety and environmental policies and procedures Providing on-site training and guidance to workers on safety protocols and best practices Investigating incidents and near-misses, and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence Maintaining comprehensive records and documentation related to site safety Collaborating with project managers and other stakeholders to identify and mitigate safety risks Ensuring the site adheres to all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations REQUIREMENT Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site Safety Supervisor in the construction industry Possession of a valid Yellow Book certification (Construction Industry Development Board - CIDB) Strong knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations applicable to the construction sector Excellent communication and training skills to effectively engage with workers at all levels Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Proficient in using safety monitoring and reporting tools
