- Proven record as a Technical IT Recruiter or preferably APAC Recruiter. - Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Skype and structured). - Technical expertise and an ability to understand job requirements for IT roles. - Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases. - Must be having an experience on Social Media hiring, Talent mapping, Networking, and Maintaining systematic records. - Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search and social media sourcing). - Desired Candidate Profile should have thorough understanding of various IT terminologies. - Previous experience developing strategies on engaging with passive candidates. - Follow-ups with the candidate from the sourcing to interview. - Skilled with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, One Drive). - Empathy and respect for the people from different cultures. - MIS maintenance and sharing with the management. Qualifications: - 3+ years of experience in IT/ Talent Acquisition in a reputed IT Company/Consultancy, preferably in APAC market. - Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Human Resource. - Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work. - Strong track record and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Creative and open-minded with passion for technology. - Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
