Electrical Engineer

1. To conduct overall electrical, control and instrument maintenance activities for the steel pipe production line and state-of-the-art new U165 Tube Mill Production Line. This new tube mill is for the production of special pipes for automotive, oil & gas, compressed air systems, high temperature and high-pressure applications. 2. Responsible to ensure Preventive Maintenance schedule are conducted effectively and timely. 3. Fully in-charge, follow up, checking and equipment inspection standardization, professional inspection towards the managed equipment, set up equipment checking account, equipment profile and manage to handle operating status of equipment. 4. In-charge in energy saving testing and scientific research, control in process energy saving, power saving and others with production department. 5. In-charge to plan daily and monthly electrical maintenance program towards the equipment under its jurisdiction. 6. In-charge in preparation of the maintenance costs of electrical equipment, usage management and statistical analysis. 7. To ensure daily patrol check on pipe mill machines according to maintenance check sheet and monitoring of daily maintenance activities are performed. 8. To keep records on breakdown and repair carried out in the machines and equipment. 9. To prepare and maintain a proper and effective filing system for maintenance records, machine specifications, technical drawings, etc. 10. To liaise with production executive/supervisor in order to effectively plan for maintenance / repair of production equipment.
