Production Planner & Statistician

RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Responsible for the statistics and input of daily production data to ensure the authenticity and reliability of production data. 2. Responsible for summarizing the production circumstance every week, completing the weekly report on time, and reporting it to the Plant Manager. 3. Responsible for the monthly summary of production output, cost, loss, and other analysis reports. 4. Responsible for the accounting and analysis of costs and expenses. 5. Responsible for providing measure forms, making various reports as required, and achieving true and correct summary reports. 6. Responsible for the production materials management systems, inventory data tracking, and WIP control management. 7. The department is responsible for summarizing and managing all kinds of production statistical data. All statistical data should be carefully classified, archived, and managed in a standardized manner. 8. Responsible for the basic personnel data statistics for all department employees of the plant, reward and punishment statistical accounting, and production output reporting. 9. To assist the Plant Manager in quantitative assessment of output, progress, and plan implementation. 10. To assist in financial cost management and provide relevant production cost accounting information. 11. To assist the Plant Manager in administrative works such as translation, meeting arrangement, and coordination among all departments. REQUIREMENTS 1. Candidate must possess a Diploma / Degree in Statistical Computing / Economics / Business Administration / Supply Chain Management or any relevant discipline. 2. Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply but with relevant working experience in a manufacturing environment will be an added advantage. 3. Computer literate – Excel / Word / PowerPoint 4. Good verbal & written English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (To liaise with Mandarin-speaking superior from China). 5. Possess a high degree of team spirit, a strong sense of responsibility, carefulness, good service awareness, and professionalism. 6. Strong executive power, good understanding, hardships, and hard work.
