Resident Engineer/Field Engineer (Pulau Pinang)

Contract: 12 Months Renewable Contracts 1) Provide first-line support for hardware, software, and network issues. 2) Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in person, via phone, or through remote access tools. 3) Assist with the setup and configuration of new hardware and software. 4) Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks to ensure optimal performance. 5) Perform regular system checking based on schedule provided. 6) Document common issues and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference 7) Generate and review reports on system performance and support activities. 8) Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards for data security. 9) Assist in implementing security measures and procedures to protect sensitive information 10) Be part of a team in developing systems, fixing problems or creating solutions. 11) Able to communicate your plans, thoughts, and rationale in your job 12) Ability to manage time, client and personnel REQUIREMENT : 1) Must be willing to relocate to Pulau Pinang 2)Possess own transport and ability to travel as required.
