So what will you be doing as an Inside Sales Representative?

As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll play a crucial role in delivering top-notch service by answering customer inquiries over the phone, responsible to secure new business, maintain a relationship with current clients and achieve GP/Volume targets as agreed upon hiring.

Your primary role will be to generate new business opportunities, nurture leads, and build relationships with customers in the logistics industry.

While you help customers, you take that opportunity to really get to know them and start identifying what products can really help them in their business.

This is a chance to not only practice your existing skills but to enhance them to deliver world-class service.

Your Responsibilities

  • Represent the company and get new accounts
  • Prospect new customers on a daily basis.

  • Ability to achieve new opportunity business from and to different trade lines
  • Provide Sales support, assist with reporting and analysis

    Your Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in any discipline
    • Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Mandarin (Communications Skills)
    • Experience dealing with Customer and Clients in a business environment
    • Organizing time, task and priorities in a fast-paced environment
    • Ability to work under pressure
    • Must be tech savvy and interested in the customer’s products and platform features
    • Ability to meet sales targets, while providing a stellar customer experience
    • Strong capability of transitioning support calls to solutioning sales opportunities
    • Ability to take complete ownership of customer issues and provide top tier service while resolving the issue before ending the call
    • Self-driven to achieve targets and deliver superior service
