About the Role

Swift Malaysia is looking for a Data Management Specialist, in- line with Division objectives to process, create, maintain and update Contact and Business data, evaluate the challenges with the current way of working and potential solutions by driving innovation and the ability to stay focused and enhance the E2E business process providing a full range of administrative, technical and logistics support in a timely and accurate manner in accordance with defined guidelines and service levels. Plan, prepare and co-ordinate to identify problems and resolution to satisfy the expectation of the stakeholders for continuous engagement.

What to Expect?

  • Process, schedule and conduct E2E reviews and assessments on the contact and business data including business orders and assistance request received thru emails and salesforce based on standard operating procedures to ensure completion and compliance.

  • Analyse, oversee and validate customer requests both internal and external around contact data management and business data updates.

  • Act as the point of escalation for internal and external customers, providing support to process daily BAU activities in own area of expertise, where appropriate and/or to customers directly.

  • Participation in an ad hoc enhancement and identifying CIs in daily BAU activities.

  • Engagement with internal stakeholders (ex: Legal, Finance, Int Compliance) and external partners (ex: Nubilaria) to ensure compliance in the delivery of contact and business data updates.

  • Leverage and master the processes and SOP and collaborate with other team members to identify corrective measures if any in order to increase efficiency and quality of contact and business data.

  • Acquire and maintain product knowledge (Salesforce) to fulfill the need of internal customers in regard to business reporting extraction and analysis.

  • Review and analyze processes according to research, investigation and evaluation with the adaption of new tool (ProAct), identify improvement and enhancement for better and new way or working.

  • Take ownership of projects within own area, including executing project components and leading small to medium sized projects/initiatives from inception to completion.

What will make you successful?

  • Degree in business management/administration or equivalent work experience.

  • At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in a multinational environment, or

  • at least 1 year within Swift with exposure to customer interactions.
