ERP Support Consultant
The ERP Support Consultant is responsible for providing technical and functional support for the ERP system used by the organization. This role involves troubleshooting issues, optimizing system performance, implementing upgrades, and ensuring that the ERP system meets the business needs. The consultant will work closely with end-users, IT staff, and vendors to deliver solutions that enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of ERP operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Support:
- Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for the ERP system.
- Diagnose and resolve system issues, errors, and performance problems.
- Implement patches, updates, and upgrades to ensure the system remains current and secure.
- Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Analyze and optimize ERP workflows and processes.
- Assist with the configuration and customization of ERP modules to align with business requirements.
- Offer guidance and support to end-users, addressing their queries and issues related to ERP functionalities.
- Develop and maintain user manuals and help guides.
- Work closely with IT teams, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into ERP solutions.
- Coordinate with ERP vendors and service providers to address complex issues and obtain necessary support.
- Participate in ERP project planning, including system implementation and upgrades.
- Assist with data migration and integration processes.
- Monitor and troubleshoot data-related issues.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., ERP certification) are a plus.
- Experience: Proven experience as an ERP Support Consultant or in a similar role. Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or others.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
