Job Title: Sales Assistant
Location: IOI City Mall
Position Summary
We are seeking Sales Assistant for our new opening FILA store at IOI City Mall. As a Sales Assistant, your primary role is to foster long-term relationships with customers while achieving sales targets. You will represent the brand in a professional and positive manner, ensuring repeat business and a great shopping experience for all customers.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
- Deliver excellent customer service, assisting customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Provide product recommendations based on customer needs and share in-depth product knowledge.
- Ensure a welcoming, clean, and organized store environment.
- Stay updated on store promotions, product knowledge, and industry trends to maximize customer engagement.
Sales & Retail Operations
- Achieve individual and store sales targets while maintaining high levels of productivity.
- Assist in the execution of sales strategies as directed by management.
- Handle transactions efficiently and in compliance with operational procedures.
- Support the setup and maintenance of visual merchandising displays, ensuring the store meets brand standards.
- Perform daily store opening and closing procedures.
Inventory Management
- Manage stock levels and maintain inventory accuracy by conducting regular stock counts.
- Ensure proper handling and care of store merchandise, and monitor stock receiving processes.
- Report and resolve any stock discrepancies within a 48-hour timeframe.
Team Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with store management to collect and report on sales, customer service, and inventory data.
- Support the management team in addressing customer complaints and other ad-hoc tasks as required.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to store goals.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and compliance with company SOPs.
- Uphold inventory accuracy and minimize stock losses.
- Ensure consistent attendance and punctuality.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and adapt to changing customer needs.
- Team-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management is an advantage.

Pay: RM1,500.00 per month
