Align Fasteners Manufacturing Sdn Bhd is in the production of customized fastener solutions, including screws, bolts, rivets, and cold form parts made from wire-type materials. We cater to OEM and ODM customers across diverse sectors such as automotive, electrical and electronics (EMS), engineering, furniture and other industries.
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Business Development Executive to drive growth by developing new corporate customer relationships and expanding our presence within industries to serve their fastening needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate business development and familiarity with corporate vendor registration processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities to support the company’s growth objectives.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company’s customer base across various industries.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with corporate clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Efficiently navigate corporate vendor registration requirements to onboard new clients and maintain compliance.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop tailored proposals, presentations, and agreements aligned with customer needs.
- Conduct market research to analyze competitive landscapes and identify new avenues for growth.
- Provide regular on sales activities, pipeline status, and client feedback to the Sales Director.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, quality departments, to meet customer requirements and enhance service delivery.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote company products and identify potential leads.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Diploma or higher in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- At least 3 years of proven experience in business development or sales within relevant industries (automotive, electrical & electronics, engineering, or furniture).
- Familiarity with corporate vendor registration processes and requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects effectively.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving goals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel level 2, PowerPoint Presentation and Word.
- Ability to create and manage social media content is an advantage for engaging industry audiences.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
