INTERIOR DESIGNER

1. Design and Development:

• Create safe, functional, and appealing interior designs.

2. Project Management:

• Manage design projects from inception to completion for multiple locations.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and budget-friendly project delivery.

3. Brand Consistency:

• Ensure all designs are consistent with the corporate identity and standards.
• Develop and maintain design guidelines to be used across all locations.

4. Client Interaction:

• Work closely with franchise owners to understand their needs and preferences.
• Present design proposals and incorporate client feedback into the final designs.

5. Material Selection:

• Choose materials, furnishings, and equipment that are safe and suitable for pre-school environments.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and innovations in interior design, especially those relevant to educational settings.

6. Documentation and Compliance:

• Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and other necessary documents for construction and installation.
• Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.

7. Quality Control:

• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure adherence to design specifications.
• Address any issues that arise during construction or installation promptly.
• Ensure the final outcome meets the highest quality standards.

8. Innovation and Improvement:

• Continuously seek opportunities to improve design processes and outcomes.
• Stay informed about industry trends and advancements to keep the design competitive and appealing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
