JOB DESCRIPTON :
The HR Executive is responsible for managing the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, performance management, legal compliance, HR administration, and payroll management. This role requires an individual who can work independently to ensure compliance with employment laws and drive HR strategies to support organizational goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Source, attract, and screen candidates for open positions.
- Conduct interviews and oversee the hiring process.
- Develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Conduct reference checks and facilitate onboarding.
2. Employee Relations
- Address employee concerns and conflicts in a timely manner.
- Provide guidance to managers on HR-related matters.
- Conduct investigations and implement disciplinary actions as needed.
- Analyze turnover data and conduct exit interviews.
3. Training & Development
- Coordinate employee training programs and workshops.
- Assist in developing employee development plans.
- Track training records and participation.
4. Performance Management
- Develop and implement performance appraisal systems.
- Guide managers on performance improvement.
- Conduct evaluations and recommend solutions for underperformance.
5. Legal Compliance
- Stay updated on labor laws and regulations.
- Ensure company policies comply with legal standards.
- Maintain accurate employee records and advise on employment legalities.
6. Payroll Management
- Collect time and attendance data for payroll processing.
- Calculate wages, deductions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, etc.), and taxes.
- Process payroll accurately and on time, including bonuses and adjustments.
- Address payroll inquiries and handle year-end reporting.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of HR experience.
- Knowledge of labor laws and payroll systems particularly the Kakitangan system.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Proficiency in HRIS and payroll system particularly the Kakitangan system would be preffered.
- Ability to manage confidential information.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
